Seraphine Iceheart is the second-in-command of the Knights of the Everfrost, working as the right hand woman to Knight Commander Ulfgar Stormblade. She is one of the people that sits on the governing council of Valdon.
She's a strikingly beautiful elf woman, that almost has an aura of ice elegance radiating from her. She has this ethereal beauty that most elves are able to achieve, and with a cold piercing gaze almost like a cold, cloudless day in the reaches of Valdon.
Seraphina is a master swordsman and is known around Valdon for her skill with a blade, as well as her tactical mind and rational thinking during stressful situations.
