Officer Thorne Frostbinder
Thorne Frostbinder is an older gnome with wild appearence, standing at around three feet tall, with a scarred face both from battles and the result of being in the cold for a long time without much preparation.
His hair stands wild, untamed like a big puff of snow almost animated with it's own lfe, he has a thick beard that almost reaches him down to the waist. Normally you see him in a dark-blue robe, carrying a fur-lined hood on his head and gloves and boots. He tries his best to always carry a book around to seem busy. He's also the leader of the The Frostweavers, the magical group for the Knights of the Everfrost. Thorne eventho he doesn't seem like it often gets completely lost in staring out into the cold, and finds beautify in the ice and what it can do. He prefers to use ice-magic, and is one of the leading researches in attempting to master controlling the weather with magic. He does however have a couple of shortcommings, he suffers from snowing in on subjects and not being able to let go. Currently that has caused him to totally focus on the understanding of weather magic, and he has a hard time putting it aside to do other things.
