Mivhor's Blessing

As an action, once per Day of Mivhor, you can touch a non-magical item that you have crafted and bestow extra properties on it. It permanently becomes an Uncommon magic item of your choice, as long as it does not require any extra materials to become its new form. For example, a longsword can be upgraded into a +1 longsword, but a breastplate cannot be upgraded into an adamantine breastplate as it requires adamantine to be added to it.
