Qhale

The current Skylord of the Teyr is Qhale. He took over after his mother's untimely death in a Khora Tribes raid of a southern Aerie. Qhale has shown restraint in not retaliating against the Khora as he feels it may spur the goblinoids into a full scale war that the Teyr cannot hope to win.
