Pouch of Nourishment and Ursal Translocation

Description

The Pouch of Nourishment and Ursal Translocation (or PNUT) is a small bag given to Dee by Desmo. The bag is heavier than it looks and smells distinctly of peanut butter, and contains a pocket dimension tailored specifically to Sylvester's needs.

The pouch comes with a companion bracelet, appropriately sized to be worn on a bear's forelimb. The bracelet is polished gold and has the name "Sylvester" inscribed into the side of it.

Usage

As a free action, Sylvester can be sent to the pocket dimension within the PNUT by speaking the command word. As a free action, Sylvester can be resummoned from the PNUT to an unoccupied space within 10 feet of the user by speaking the command word. If more than one of these actions is performed within the space of 6 seconds, Sylvester must pass a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or become incapacitated. Sylvester can redo this save at the end of each of his subsequent turns, ending the effect on a success.

As a bonus action, Sylvester can be repositioned to an unoccupied space the user can see that is within 30 feet of Sylvester's current location and 60 feet of the user. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
