Head of Administrative Affairs
The Head of Administrative Affairs for the The Order of the Earth’s Prayer is the political head of the order. The position is also referred to as the Gardener or the One Who Tends. In contrast with The Grounded One, the spiritual leader of the order, the Head of Administrative Affairs is a distinctly pragmatic position. For those of the faith with ambition but lacking in clerical ability, the position provides something to aspire to. The current Gardener since 476AS has been Gaatha Dawnbrace (she/her). Her leadership has led to Cynórm to expand significantly along the Naud River.
Appointment
The position is appointed by the Grounded One after the passing, retirement, or dismissal of the previous one. Upon appointment the Head of Administrative Affairs must undergo a weeklong divine ceremony binding them to the earth and the wellbeing of the order.
Duties
The Head of Administrative Affairs is responsible for ensuring the material wellbeing of the people of Cynórm and of the Aneesism faith. Where the grounded one is responsible for providing spiritual guidance, meaning, and a moral compass, the Head of Administrative Affairs is obligated to ensure this does not come at the cost of peoples wellbeing in this life.
Responsibilities
The Head of Administrative Affairs is primarily responsible for actioning the plans and will of the Grounded One in the day-to-day operations of Cynórm. Often leading them to be responsible for much of the direct policy choices that impact the residents of the district. In addition this position also represents the district of Cynórm on the Marsétan High Council and is in charge of ensuring an advantageous position is maintained in the political landscape.

The Head of Administrative Affairs has the most direct influence over the developments of Cynórm and the Order of the Earth's Prayer. By and large this has come with significant social devotion and power. The position includes private quarters in Cynórm cathedral and a large salary. Accoutrements & Equipment
The Head of the Administrative Affairs, like other members of the order, wears cotton robes of sand dune beige and reseda green trim. This is adorned with a resolution blue stole.
