Holography
The projection and shaping of light into three-dimensional interactive shapes. Nearly all optronic devices make use of holography for interface or readout, though small modular projectors are fairly common as well. Holograms are usually insubstantial, but can be electrically charged to enable tactile feedback, or "filled in" with projected force to create hard-light images.
