Magicians' Guild

The Magicians' Guild is a defunct competitive guild, formerly based in the city of Daevas on 8673 Felis I. Roughly a century ago, Zurvan disbanded the Guild and sentenced all of its current members to the Arena for the crime of helping The Usurper slay her previous incarnation.

Surviving Members

• Dythea Hynsunn, a slender alien speckled with scale-like mineral growths. A powerful healer, disillusioned and demoralized by a century in the Arena. Her exact role in the slaying of Zurvan's previous incarnation is unknown.
• Rictus Invictus (a.k.a. "Ricky Invincible"), an alien wight possessed of irrepressible cheer and an extremely low core temperature. A master of closeup magic who communicates entirely by hissing.

Disbandment

All guild members were stripped of status and thrown into the Arena, where - without the ability to rest and recharge - their magical abilities eventually failed them. All but two members have changed drastically, giving up on magic and learning traditional combat skills to survive and escape - 'forgetting themselves,' in Dythea's words. All have presumably joined other Guilds since.
