Velenus Tesserus (a.k.a. Vel)

A proud warrior and trained Centurion of the Sidereal Legion, Velenus Tesserus was stranded on Felis I along with the rest of his troop approx. 87 years before the arrival of the Hedron crew. Vel is notorious for both his charm and his ability to - apparently, unthinkingly - harness it to advance. He managed to remained completely oblivious to the presence of his twin sister Vessia for his entire time in Daevas, though the two have since reconciled (or at least that's how Vel thinks it went).
