Public Agenda

The Pirates of Voleur are unapologetically brazen in their piracy, openly conducting their criminal activities within the Nefitis Sea. Their agenda revolves around power, control, and wealth, with little concern for public opinion. Their foremost goal is to maintain unchallenged control over the Nefitis Sea and its surrounding islands. They seek to be the indisputable rulers of the region, using their piratical prowess to secure their dominion.

Pirate's Keep

The primary headquarters of the Pirates of Voleur, known as The Pirate's Keep, is located on the small island of Voleur just west of the Kingdom of Archangeli. It is situated atop a high rocky cliff overlooking the western coastline. The Keep is a formidable fortress, constructed from dark, weathered stone and reinforced with heavy iron. Along the walls are flags bearing the insignia of the Pirates of Voleur.   The architecture of the Pirate’s Keep exudes an air of both grandeur and menace. Towering walls fortified with battlements and watchtowers encircle the compound, serving as a deterrent to potential intruders. Large cannons are strategically positioned, pointing outward in readiness for defensive measures or assaults against approaching vessels.   The main entrance, a grand gate adorned with the unmistakable emblem of the Pirates of Voleur, serves as the primary access point. Beyond this gate lies a bustling hub of activity with crews unloading their plundered goods, repairing vessels, and making preparations for future voyages. The air is filled with the sounds of bustling activity—shouting crew members, clanking metal, and the creaking of ships.   There are two major buildings at the center of the Keep known collectively as Central Command; the Den and the Grand Hall. The Den is a towering structure that houses the main offices and chambers of Captain Atlas November and his council of officers. While the Grand Hall is a hub of activity, decorated with the spoils of past raids: gold, jewels, and intricate maps. The hall serves as a meeting place for Captain Atlas November and his council of officers to deliberate on strategies, divide spoils, and make crucial decisions.   Surrounding Central Command is a network of interconnected buildings and facilities serving various purposes: the armory storing weapons and supplies, the crew quarters, a mess hall, and a sizable tavern where pirates unwind and revel in their victories. The areas surrounding the Pirate's Keep are brimming with activity. Docks filled with seized ships and bustling with the crew's activities form a stark contrast against the untamed, rugged landscape. Lush greenery and dense forests are intermittently broken by towering cliffs and deep, hidden coves, providing cover for the Pirates of Voleur's operations.
