Coin-Cant

COIN-CANT is a dynamic argot that has its roots in old Theran but borrows from all over Western Aneloria. It would be the closest to a lingua franca amongst the many regions. It can convey general concepts although detailed negotiation and discussion of trade goods and other mercantile aspects are capable with it. It is a merchant’s code essentially that shifts from place to place but maintains enough of a ‘core’ that some exposure can freshen one’s dialect up easy enough.
