At A Glance

The Drawing Room is a small training hall that was founded a few years back by several retired soldiers. They all put their time in to train individuals but make ends meet by hiring out as auxiliary trainers for the local troops and militias.

Trainers

Dobras: A grizzled veteran soldier from two decades in the Auredain army. He offers training in standard weaponry such as swords, shields, spears, and hand weapons. A minor study in military strategy and tactics.

Thovin: A former Auredain soldier who turned mercenary for a decade before returning. His style is more brutal and focuses on brawn, brute force and intimidation.

Ralas of Fairshores: A thin, sarcastic man of indeterminate age whose skin is cracked from sun and wind. He's known as an excellent sailor and is rumored to have come up from Bladepoint as he is not native to Auredain. Some wild gossip ties him to the Water Devils. His reputation as a bladesman and marine is significant to hear others speak of it. He specializes in footwork, adjusting to changing environments and conditions while proficiently deploying a flashing blade.

Jaul the Calm: A heavyset, broad-shouldered man in his forties. He works a farm now but has seen work as a mercenary, caravan guard and sometime bouncer throughout western Auredain. He teaches a calm, steady approach with many different weapons.

Inyra Daen: It is unknown if she is from Auredain as her accent belies a more southern origin but most scoff at that. She is an old companion of Jaul the Calm and ended up here due to his influence. She has a small cutlery craft where she sells her own line of unique knives. Other than that, most folk know little of her. She is widely known as an expert in dual weapons and lightning attacks.

All of the trainers except Inyra may provide training in the Combat Trait/Formation Fighting. In addition, the following other Combat Traits are available:
