Everyn Marsh
Wetlands on the northeast coast of Dain Lake.
The EVERYN MARSH is a sunlit wetlands along the northeast shores of Dain Lake It is only a few square miles and is nestled at the north end near where the Auran River flows into the lake. The bog is dominated by weeping willows and other low-trunked but thick growth trees and foliage. The foliage is thick enough around the edges to obscure the interior of the wetlands which is interspersed with reeds and earth clumps which provide unstable footing.
Fauna & Flora
A significant number of waterfowl and other avians take refuge within the watery confines of this marshland. Locals often supplement their harvest by hunting the many avians that congregate here year-round. In the Autumn, it explodes with winged migrating creatures--which, according to rumors, tends to attract predators of fell and foul origin.
