King of Stone

Unknown hostile mentioned in conjunction with organized attacks on caravans and travelers near the Hyena Road. Rumors and mentions of him have been growing among border communities. While many of the raiders are described as GNOLLS, there are reports of all manner of submen and Named amongst these raiding parties.

There is a 1,000sp bounty for locating and identifying the King of Stone. The bounty was put on this person by the Mercators Guild due to a number of costly attacks on their trade shipments.

117, SUMMER-8th : The Companions interrogated Melius, a member of Temo's Bastards, a brigand gang operating out the Sallow Hills. He confessed that the raider group was paying the King of Stone tribute from time to time.
