Knight Barrage Division

The Knight Barrage Division is led by Lieutenant Ginger Howl with cadets, Khan Howl, Samara Baryn, and Jamil Morgan. They are members of the Armored Soul Division, a space navy unit assigned to be bodyguards to the Ouragan Family. The team is first formed when Khan, Jamil, and Samara complete their first semester exams, and Lieutenant Howl reluctantly accepts his son into his squad.

Composition

Equipment

The main uniform of a member of the Armored Soul Division is required to even start a mission. The person is also given a grappling hook, a scanner, a tablet to record data and mission reports, a medkit, an emergency toolkit, and finally, a comm system to communicate with the team.

Weaponry

Cadets are often given weaker weapons, such as laser pistols and a plasma cutter knife. These weapons are guaranteed to help the cadets learn the fundamentals of weaponry as well as safety guidelines every member of the Armored Soul Division must follow.

Structure

The squad is formed so that Lieutenant Howl takes the lead with Samara and Jamil taking the right or left side, and Khan takes up the rear as the Ouragan Family stands in between them. Khan has the best scores with his tracking and weaponry, marking as the first of his class with sharpshooting and marksmanship. Ginger has recognized this and while he won't announce it, he is proud of Khan's talents. Samara and Jamil are treated as allies and potentially able to sharpen their skills with Khan around.

The back is highly targeted. The enemy usually strikes from there and you have a better sense of your surroundings than Samara or Jamil. And at my age, it is better if you take the back.
