Fleet Admiral Flavius Garr
Fleet Admiral Flavius Garr is in overall command of the Arkanis Sector Superiority Fleet, directing the Empire's war effort from aboard his flagship, the Imperial Class Star Destroyer Conquest. A man of iron will and deep tactical acumen, he chafes at the assignment to the Arkanis Sector, and doubly so due to the barely half-strength fleet comprised of aging vessels at his disposal.
Nevertheless, he takes his duties extremely seriously and maintains a strict standard of discipline across the forces under his command. He is known for his agressive tactics, and is always at the forefront of any fleet action. His current primary focus is ensuring his fleets have enough fuel to prosecute his plans against the worlds who have so foolishly allied themselves with the nacent rebellion, and his scouts are combing the sector for the location of the pitiful Alliance fleet. To date he has not had any luck and has privately commented his admiration for Admiral Rhugo Bheren's ability to stay one step ahead of his reconaissance elements.
