The Jocundcrest Colosseum Council Hall

The Jocundcrest Colosseum Council Hall is a grand building located in the center of the city, surrounded by bustling streets and shops. The architecture of the building is a blend of ancient and modern styles, with marble columns and intricate mosaics adorning the walls.   As you enter the council hall, you are greeted by the sight of 15 ornate doors, each leading to the private office of one of the council members. The doors are adorned with gold and silver symbols representing the different gladiator houses that make up the council.   At the end of the hall is a large, circular room with a massive table in the center, surrounded by 15 high-backed chairs. This is where the council meets to discuss important matters, such as the allocation of resources, the training of new gladiators, and the organization of upcoming battles.   The room is decorated with tapestries depicting famous battles fought in the colosseum, as well as the portraits of past council members. The air is thick with the scent of incense, which is burned during important meetings to honor the gods and bring good fortune.   Harald "The Grim Reaper" Grimr sits at the head of the table, his imposing figure and fierce gaze commanding respect from all those in attendance. He is flanked by his closest advisors, who help him make important decisions and ensure the smooth running of the city.   Despite its reputation as a place of ruthless competition and physical strength, the council hall is a place of order and structure, where decisions are made for the good of the city and its people. It is a symbol of the gladiatorocracy's power and a testament to the strength and skill of its leaders.
