The Jocundcrest Colosseum Council Hall

Exterior

The City Hall of Jocundcrest is an impressive structure that stands tall in the heart of the city. The building is made of sturdy stone and has a grandiose appearance that is fitting for the city's government. The exterior is adorned with intricate carvings and decorations, depicting scenes of ancient battles and gladiatorial triumphs.
At the center of the building, there is a large entrance with a set of imposing double doors made of heavy wood. Above the doors is a large stained-glass window, depicting the image of Harald "The Grim Reaper" Grimr, the leader of the Gladiatorocracy.
