Mag Efkalcis

Originally and orc settlement, it sits east of Serpent Lake. A poor settlement, the only trade it gets are due to slavers traversing from Neighbor's Rest to the City of the Icy Mist. It is not quite ntable for anything else, although most of the inhabitants seem quite caught up in the spiral tower to the north.
