Aerographite

Aerographite is the type of graphite used for wings in aviation, satellites, water purifiers, etc and is well known as the main material for Aeroboards. This ultra-light ultra-strong material is often made into a composite board using Titanium alloys for looks, but its true strength comes from Aerographite, which has the ability to grow stronger when compressed.

Trivia: Graphite is the only non-metal capable of conducting electricity and can also be used to wire electronic controls into Aeroboards that can be linked to a Neural Link to let their users control the board as if it was an extension of their legs. Graphite is not only an excellent electrical conductor but also an excellent thermal conductor as well, allowing Aerographite to be heated to prevent joints from freezing in cold conditions and extreme weather.

Material Characteristics

Aerographite is a synthetic foam consisting of a porous interconnected network of tubular carbon and is one of the lightest weight materials known to man, as well as one of the strongest materials per unit of area.
