Racial Coexistence in Qadal
The developments of the Twilight era brought the world closer together. Continental empires now made common practice of trading across vast oceans, prosperity made recreational travel viable, and members of competing race settled in lands never open to them. In all lands save Etal, there was a measure of this racial intermingling. However, the ancient barriers between races remains. Taverns are not flush with every manner of every race, but rather proponderances of a single race depending on the region in question. One might travel through a Corgastodmar city and never witness any Etayen, Daorhu, Odyrzid, Axodarharik, or others. In a busy tade port, Aemar might be the majority with small enclaves of other races. In Neyas, whole cities might be exclusively Axodaharik, with only a small warren of Aemar or Etayen or Odyrzid. Coexistence is real, but the dispersal of populations is not even spread.
