When the Axodraharik arrived in Qadal from its westernmost reaches, the preponderance of fear regarded the terrors which these newcomers might cause. Lesser thought was given to what horrors the Axodraharik themselves had seen, and what knowledge was brought with them.
The reaction among the common crowds in Qadal regarding the Axodraharik was tempered in their manners and appearance. Indeed, the bestial element did cause concern and disdain, but it was not distant from the Elivas who dwelled in Everos or the Gressar or Othos. This visual appeal to the creations of Qazun was well-known enough to not frighten. However, the dismay came from the information which was proliferated and believed by them.
Despite the ample revelations brought forward by the Axodraharik, the habited existence of Voryndal was vigorously denied by Eshanic religious officials. The world was stronger then, and the might of the Eshan was such that the extraordinary arrival of another race was framed in the terms of a wider scheme. It was not calamitous invasion, but salvation. These beasts from beyond were summoned upon the whims of the Qadayen masters to contend with the well-feared Qazunari who dwelled in Loseya and made that place uninhabitable and unapproachable.
