Voryndal Continentalism

In the centuries prior to the Glimmering Ascension, world-wide affairs of warfare and death, or Eshanic dynasties, the Eshan settled themselves upon their chosen continents with their chosen peoples. Things were simple in those years. Yet, the early signs of struggles to come showed themselves. Several Eshan chose to band together with their neighbors for mutual defense against outside incursions and threats.
The legacy of continentalism was largely diluted by the pan-Voryndal unity of the Glimmering Ascension and the later, non-geographically determined Eshanic dynasties which rose to power. This said, the concept of Eshan banding together against their siblings for mutual defense or preservation of power remained a consistent condition.
