Cerulean Emperor

The Cerulean Emperor is the ruler of the Cerulean Empire.
Nominally the head of the Cerulean Senate, the Emperor actually holds all of the power, the Senate functioning as more of an advisory committee. As well as head of the Senate, the Emperor is the head of the Imperial Navy.
The Imperial crown is a hereditary rank, and the current ruler Vilihame Jehen can trace his ancestry back to at least the days of Emperor Teraknian Jehen. The title passes on to the eldest child (male or female) of the Emperor when they die with great pomp and ceremony.
The profiled head of the current Emperor is minted on to new coins during the year of their ascendancy.
