Economic District

Background:
The Southern district is also known as the Economic district is responsible for handling the city's gold, maintaining trade routes, and giving loans to the citizens who qualify. The Bank of Avar is seated in the middle of the district as this is where all major investments of coin flows through and is rumored to resort to extreme methods in retrieving unpaid debts and is home to the Gold Company. The Southern District also has a busy trade depot that is the largest mall on the continent, having goods from pets, ships, weapons, and potions. A common place for various trade agreements to be negotiated happen within Goldbrew Tavern and has been rumored to conduct business with the Syndicate of Spiders.

Description:
The district is full of people from varying backgrounds and is the busiest district when it comes to foot traffic due to the Trade Depot holding the majority of goods and services. This part of Avar also feels as though it has a different culture and way of life compared to the rest of the city with having its own income, guards, and regulations that Avar does not fully approve of.
