Founders District
Background:
The Founders District is comprised of only the founding bloodline that founded Avar over 800 years ago along with anyone who married in. The people here are considered the highest of nobility and live in absolute luxury. The only ones allowed within the founding walls are those with high status in the districts, guilds, or outer settlements and all others can only enter upon request or invitation. The district is comprised of a council chamber that seats the Ruling 5 and any who are summoned to the chamber; there is also an artisan guild to create art and music along with a small library with books borrowed from the Great Library in the Northern District. There is also the Kingsman Tavern that holds the finest wine and is normally visited after drawn out council meetings. In the center of all of Avar sits the Jorah Oracle which is said to provide bountiful food and good health to all in its presence with legends saying it is a direct link to God himself. Description:
The district is full of bright white buildings with gold and silver linings as a sign of ultimate wealth. The streets are clean and guarded by Capital Knights and hand picked mages from the Arcane Brotherhood to protect the noble class that dwell within this pristine district. The Jorah oracle can be seen at the center of the district surrounded by a public park that is often host for many recreational activities provided by the Artisan Guild.
