Security District

Background:
The Eastern Security District of Avar is best known for housing and training soldiers within the City Watch and hunters within the guild. This district is also responsible for monitoring goods coming in and out of the capital with tight checkpoints along the main road that leads to Bremuse. The local residents are either serving or have previously served causing crime to be either rare or simply overlooked with the right amount of coin.

Description:
The streets are seen with a constant sense of urgency as armored guards, hunters, and carts attempt to complete their tasks as quickly as possible to not anger the Captain within the central tower. In the middle of the district stands a large circular stone tower with statues dotted at the top and large ballista's seen protruding out. Other notable buildings are the home to the Hunters of Jorah and a large training ground that takes a large portion of the city with constant protests posted outside of it. The district is also littered with tents and a frustrated unhoused population that are too timid to speak to Urbain with their quarrels.
