Latrell Ramsey
Latrell Ramsey is an ally of The Blackwater Company, under the advice of the head of the High Table Persefani, he was given a portion of the Blackwake Crew to form his own crew the Dead Seas Corsairs. He acts as a strategic task force to keep Blackwater's name clean carrying out tasks that are best done with out connections to a powerful neutral entity.
