Adopting parent of Latrell Ramsey. Mitchell Ramsey is the current leader of the Blackwake Crew, taking it over after the death of Tobias Blackwake at the hands of Jerard DeSirrus. Mitchell Ramsey currently sails aboard the Crusaders Folly as its Captain scooping up any ship that is left behind from a battle between The Blackwater Company, and her enemies. History: Michell Ramsey was first encountered on the Isle of Blackwake by Blackwater Company on October 23, 2020. It was during this encounter that he was captured using an artifact called Templars Cross. This allowed him to be controlled through his mind by the wielder. On October 26, after letting Mitchell Ramsey sit on ice for a few days, Persefani finally went to talk to him. While initially uninterested in the woman that tricked him and then took control of his mind, she found ways to make him warm up to the idea of negotiation. Mitchell provided information on how Simone's maps work, which require an Arcane Blood-Ink Tattoo. Mitchell suggested seeking out a Captain Silas Quinn for getting the tattoo done. Persefani did promise Mitchell if he helped Blackwater, Blackwater would help him rebuild his crew and get ships releasing him on the 26th. Since then, Michell has been following around Blackwater as sort of a clean up crew of sorts, picking up wayward sailors and ships.
