Liam Foxdale

Liam Foxdale is the leader of the Isle of Harvest, one of the oldest seasoned sailors that lead ships for the Alliance when he was younger. He was even known to lead merchant vessels against Pirate Crews. The man would even spread rumors about land beyond the map that all sailors swore to.
