The Harrowing Spectre

The Harrowing Spectre is a Fully-Rigged Ship under the Blackwater Company. When the 102 ship was delivered, it was unnamed and assigned to Elizabeth Ramsey, who christened the name, as an upgrade from The Audacity.
Since an unfortunate incident, the ship was without a captain and been decommissioned. After a few years, she was completely salvaged for repairs on other ships that sustained damage during battles during year 37-40.
