People

The Dynasty comprises a diverse populace primarily consisting of Drow  and various orcoid races, including goblins, Orcs, trolls, and ogres, alongside a notable presence of dragonborns. Isolationist in nature, the people harbor deep-seated distrust towards travelers and outsiders, with minimal interaction with neighboring settlements. Undercommon and Orc are the predominant languages spoken, though many individuals converse in their native tongues.

Geography

Encompassing a vast network of tunnels beneath the darklands, the country boasts varied terrain featuring expansive mushroom forests and subterranean rivers. While some populated areas utilize torches for illumination, much of the realm remains enveloped in darkness. On the surface lies the bleak expanse of the darklands, characterized by rocky landscapes and ash-covered wastelands. Volcanoes sporadically dot the landscape, casting ash clouds that obscure the sun.

Government

The governance of the Zelukan Dynasty is overseen by a triumvirate comprising the Empress, the Lord Regent, and the Lord Warden, all hailing from powerful hereditary families. This trio collectively holds absolute authority over the empire, dictating its policies and affairs.

Religion

Religious practices vary among the different factions within the Dynasty. Drows typically venerate The Web of Terror , while dragonborns revere their dragon ancestors. Worship among orcs, though less common, tends towards deities associated with violence and destruction, such as the Eye of Blood or the Feral Mark.
