Description:
Cydonna is a goddess of healing but also of diseases, poisons, infirmity and death. She is is with those who are sick so they may either recover or die in dignity.She long ago ascended by way of modifying her of body with knowledge she obtained from long years of curing the sick. She is compassionate but also rather ruthless and not averse to underhanded tactics. Cydonna is not above using her great knowledge of poisons and diseases against her adversaries.
The Lady of relief is most popular in the Ravil Empire, her ancient country of origin.
She is a member of the Pantheon of Haven.

The priests of Cydonna are commanded to pursue the healing arts, both magical and mundane, and to learn more about illnesses, what causes them and how to treat them.The common folk appeal to cydonna when thing's aren't going so well, in times of disease or death, in pain and misery, for betterment and relief.
The clergy of Cydonna are welcome in almost any settlement as they are healers and do not make trouble for the official authorities. They are generally well respected throughout Haven and not taken lightly. The healers are known to carry poisoned needles or other weapons on their persons and are not shy about using them if threatened.

Vow of PovertyNo unnecessary riches. No houses, no jewelry, no gold or gems unless it is to venerate the gods. if money is necessary to achieve a greater purpose, so be it, but never is material wealth the goal.
Vow of Chastity
Spouses, children and the pleasures of the flesh may bring uncertainty or temptation into the heart of the hammer of the gods. Clerics are thus not allowed, and a cleric is expected to remain chaste.
Vow of Honor
Clerics are expected to behave themselves with honor. To keep their promises, to accept surrender from their enemies, to stand for the values of their god, until death if necessary.
Mandate of Learning
Priests of Cydonna must pursue and covet medical knowledge, the knowledge about life, form and function. Any new Knowledge about poisons, diseases, healing arts or other medically relevant information must be delivered to the temples of Cydonna. A Priest must share it with the priesthood and thusly offer it to the lady of Relief.
Dietary Restrictions
Priests of Cydonna may not consume any meat, unless they are otherwise at risk of starvation.
