Ozides

Only recently discovered and actively being colonized, Ozides is a promising if harsh world, suitable for a hardy people.

A Fire world

Ozides is a fire world, truly and fully. It has oceans that are filled with molten rock and its continents and islands drift upon the lava akin to wood upon a river. The amount of fire-energy is so overwhelming that fire elementals are commonly able to manifest near the lava seas and the inhabitants always carry medical supplies to treat burns with them.

Still, where the rock has cooled off the most, at the heart of large islands and especially the drifting continents, cities can be built and the soil is incredibly fertile. The world promises to be a verdant paradise if and when it cools some more in the coming millennia.

Opportunistic miners

A Dvuergr colony has formed on this world quite quickly after it was first discovered.
The Dwarves saw an opportunity to deploy a colony to one of the planet's more stable areas and use the world as a mining colony. Thus they sent several ships of prisoners, exiles and other undesirables to kill two birds with one rock. This was not great for the colony's initial development, but benefitted the nearby world of Neter greatly.
The local city state now sells its ores at relatively cheap prices to nearby worlds, particularly Adamantium.

A society in construction

Ozides has only recently been colonized. The world is utterly new, only recently formed by the gods. Vegetation and animal life is sparse. Most of the world is barren or covered in lava, yet still there are many areas that could potentially host a city. It will likely take several centuries before the world reaches soem form of equilibrium. Until then, the world is a strongly growing economy.
