Eddar
Eddar has seen his share of war and loss. He now lives in a cottage by an orchard in the village of Vandel.
If pressed (and only if he decides he likes you, or feels like you need a lecture) he will share, in short, gruff, no nonsense terms his history as a soldier, herald and marshal to counts, dukes and Kings.
Eddar's wife passed several years ago. She is buried in the orchard they first planted together. At the urging of his friend, Torvin, he has reluctantly begun to turn over more duties to hired help.
