Torvin's Inn
In the center of town stands a large, roadhouse of fieldstone and rough-hewn timbers.
Travelers between the City of Kemperle and the Crownlands may find shelter and respite here.
The layout of the inn consists of the hall, kitchen, stables, a storage area in the cellar, the chamber, consisting of several straw beds in the back common room. There is also accommodation for the inkeeper, Torvin Hraalsson and his family.
The food served here is simple but hearty: stew, bread and cheese, and drinks from local vintners and brewers, including the surprisingly tasty honeyed cider from Eddar's Orchard.
A shilling will cover all a travelers expenses at the inn for a single day, including food, ample drink and a shared bed in the chamber. The innkeepers granddaughter Eydís will mend tears to a travelers cloak or clothing if needed.
Should a fresh rabbit from the hunt be brought to Torvin's wife Tófa one will delight in the deliciousness of the pie served at table that very night, full of peas, gravy and said rabbit.
