Shelley 'Shells' Osprey

Shelley is the best friend of Elizabeth Skylark.
She's the island's party girl, often found encouraging Elizabeth to go to the mainland. When Shells goes off on one of her jaunts there, Elizabeth looks after her place and her cat, Alan.
