Shafir

Shafir, goddess of the seas, is chaotic neutral. Sailors call her The Fickle Mistress. Emotionally destroyed by the death of Dunyawal at the end of the Age of Creation, Shafir has been throwing a tantrum ever since. Before that, she created the merfolk to care for the seas. In the Age of Mourning, she created serpents and other monsters to keep others out of her domain. She is associated with love, distress, vengeance, and travel. She is often portrayed in songs sung by sailors as a beautiful woman with dark blue eyes.
