Lesser Spotted Bean Man

The Lesser Spotted Bean Man is a rare species of Bean Man endemic to many planets in the galaxy, although its exact origin is- as with all Bean Men- unknown. Unlike most species within the Beanae Hominus genus, the Lesser Spotted Bean Man is quadrupedal and lacks external structures such as eyes and mouth. In fact, its method of survival is completely unknown to science as they have never been seen to eat or drink, and examinations of dead ones have only turned up a completely undifferentiated mass of bean-like meat within.
Unfortunately, it is likely that the mysteries of this noble species' existence will never be truly unraveled, as they have been forced to the brink of extinction by poaching and habitat destruction. Many organizations such as Bean Man Rescue have risen up across the known universe in an attempt to save the Lesser Spotted Bean Man and other endangered Bean Men species, however they have had difficulty attracting donors due to a lack of interest in the fate of the Bean Men. It can only be hoped that one day this will change.
