Sembar

Sembar is the continent across the Sapphire Sea from Arikanda.
Although connected to Arikanda by the narrow Strait of Kas in the far southwest, it has developed in isolation from its western neighbours. It is home to the mysterious city of Kas, along with the Sekoran, Selkan, Celeni and Semb peoples.

Geography

Sembar is vast, stretching a good 7000 kilometres from west to east. The southwest is made up of long stretches of jungle, eventually becoming plains and farmland. Most of the centre of the continent is made up of the Celeni Steppes, a stretch of near-endless grassland. The northwestern Selkan regions are cool and densely forested, while the far eastern coast of @Semb, set on the Aurora Ocean, has a broad range of alpine forests in the north and Hills and rice terraces in the south.
Sembar can be divided into the following regions;

• Sekoran in the southwest, running from flat grasslands near the Strait of Kas to jungles and tropical rainforests in its south and northeast.
• The Forest of Selkanoon
• The Celeni Steppes 
• Semb
