Decera
Enigmatic and calculating, Decera is a being only a select few are even aware of. Though they remain largely unknown to the denizens of the multiverse, they are a threat beyond any other.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Decera appears to be a huge gaunt figure, cloaked in dark purple robes. Little to none of their body is visible and remains hidden underneath ornate and regal clothing.
Facial Features
Decera wears an everchanging mask made of purple starlight.

Decera is a being with no known history. They exist outside the moral planes, living in The Astral Sea aboard a Githyanki dreadnaught.

Contacts & Relations
Decera has command over several powerful groups and individuals. They have control over the reality guardian Solar, Azrea , a powerful divine being that has already attacked the heavenly vaults of Arcadia for his master. Decera also commands the mysterious Lady Erin, leader of the The Unbound. Lastly, Decera leads a legion of Githyanki and has made one of their attack ships their base of operations.
