Personal history
He was once a high ranking member of the Moonlight Order who held an extensive knowledge of fiends. He became obsessed with his lycanthropic powers and wanted more. The order tried to disuade him but their warnings fell on deaf ears. Fenris succumbed to the rage of the wolf and now stalks The Capital Isle as a beast consumed by hatred.
