Thomas Wayfarer

Thomas Wayfarer is a sailor aboard The Kite, known to his crew and friends as "Ol' Tommy." He is an aging, grey-haired human with sharp, black eyes and nasty scars across both cheeks. He wears scruffy sailor gear and a battered old black hat.
Tommy is, nominally, the "Magic Officer" of The Kite, although he claims that his magic abilities are extremely limited. Nevertheless, he operates the spelljamming helm when Lazines is not available. 
Given his age and experience, he is a great source of information about the Cascade and beyond.
