Space Station of the SHISM

Located at the zenith of Otapi from an outside observance, this massive disk shaped construct houses the Graf Xlibris, the five people who hold the highest authority and make all the command decisions for the Ars. This exospheric construct represents the full authority of the Supreme Headquarters Intercompaginal Spatial Magistrate, the governing body that mandates all Ars activity throughout the Yirim.
In addition to the nominated Graf who live here, meetings between them and the Concili who represent a parliment of unique third-party voices sourced from Sector Xalia residents are held in specific judicial settings marked to a specific cycle. These meetings take place in a Grand Hall near the center of the craft, and is the source of much contention as the debates between Concili members and Graf tend to last for long periods of time. Most debates here are in regards to the ongoing need for Oste despite the infestation of the Vora so they can continue their quest to the center of the Yirim, as well as ongoing issues due to the activities of The Barakutáshi who oppose their will directly.
This exospheric construct is actually the repurposed vessel that first brought the Ars to the Framework with the Ará, the structure remained in the Subselar Boundary as a derelict following the First Contact until the Ars returned from their home Framework to initiate their takeover of the Forms and their resources to expand their reach.
The construct also boasts a considerable amount of firepower, protecting the highest authorities brought to the land, and remaining an ultimate goal for the Barakutáshi to take over.
