The Saxi Chapters of Expansion
The Saxi Chapters of Expansion is a well-known series of drawn up terms from a place known as Saxi to the Ars, that is used as their base of reference for their takeover of Frameworks they encounter through their expansion throughout the Yirim. In its simplest explanation, every Ars is taught this is the mandate that grants them the permission to enter into a Framework and settle on a Form even if the Form was not where they've originally been.
The Saxi Chapters first came into creation to address a deal between the members that formed the first expedition that led into the event of the First Contact, granting them a special incentive that they would retain without question a portion of any wealth discovered in the Framework they accessed and started to settle. Of course, once First Contact was initiated, the discovery of Oste deposits, the mineral resource that is used for Ars exosuits as well as their dimensional technologies, they invoked the clauses promised to them in the Chapters and the original Ars explorers started to build a hegemony over those in the Framework, stating that it was their legal mandate to do so.
The strange result from this is that when situations that take place because of the Colym or any other organization and their frequent abuse of power, this document comes into play during any legal matters that result and often exonerates the defendant. The Ars holding most of the positions of power in Xalia as well make it extremely difficult for third parties to defend themselves well since they can't abide by the terms of the Saxi Chapters, which were not written with their consideration at the time. So for the Ars it's the perfect defense. For the Ara, it's their greatest peril.
