Locathah

A manufactured beast race, the fishlike locathah were created after the Pearl Pact signed between the Empire and the Triton Stratocracy, resulting in the gain of the underwater Seventh Province. They act as house-slaves in underwater homes, but they are very uncommon on land, as they require an AGM to be able to breathe air persistently. A recent fad for ornamental 'koi' locathah servants in noble households has recently increased the number of land locathah. They follow typical slave naming conventions.
