Greengate

Greengate is a portal set in the town of Nerundel, which is said to lead into the First World. After the Gap, records of the portal have been partially wiped, and only races native to the First World seem capable of crossing into the portal reliably. Other races often fail to enter, are teleported to a random location on Castrovel, or disappear entirely.
Legend states that the Greengate was once used by Bane's Children to hunt a trio from the Thirteen Agonies, and that they returned from the First World bearing their energy. They attributed their sucess to the Gardener, who many believe created the portal with his Blessing.
