Castrovel

Castrovel is the second planet from the sun of the Pact Worlds, home to the Lashunta, Elves, and Formians. It is best known for its lush jungles, ancient civilizations, and complex governments.

Geography

Castrovel is broken up into four major continents -- Asana, Sovyrian, the Colonies, and Ukulam. While all are verdant, the geography varies from landmass to landmass. Ukulam and Asana are full of verdant jungles and snowcapped peaks, their depths barely explored due to the immense danger of the flora and fauna inside them. On the other hand, the Colonies boast a number of plains, whereas Sovyrian might resemble an ancient forest typically seen in Golarion.

History

Castrovel was inhabited long before the Gap, and has a storied history spread among its varied people. Unfortunately, given the planets close proximity to Golarion, uncountable records were destroyed during the Gap, resulting in the xenophobic Elves of the modern era, and the mysterious ruins that dot the land.
