Horse Eye Orbital Plate
The Horse Eye Orbital Plate is an enormous, miles-wide facility that hovers in the skies of Aballon, known across the Pact Worlds as one of the most prestigious manufacturers of starships and Drift technology. Ever-facing towards Mataras, the solar cells of the Plate provide all the power the station needs, with extra for secret research labs and live-in experts.
Given the Plate's history as a joint investment of Aballon and Golarion, the stakeholders are mostly Human, in particular the Prophets of Kalistrade, with a smaller spread of Dwarves, Elves, and Anacites. Stakeholders have unlimited access to the construction forges, but hundreds of organizations battle for rental space in the Plate's lower levels, and are one of the Plate's primary sources of income. Rumor states that the Stewards have a secret lab on board, but those in power refuse to either confirm or deny.
