Mental characteristics
Personal history
It's unclear who Ilvarti was before becoming a Pyric undead, but he has been on Ezorod for millenia, roaming mindlessly for the majority of his tenure. At some point in "recent" history, Ilvarti became self-aware, and grew in power to become a Heliacus. Carrot began using him to organize the other undead on the island, which Ilvarti seems to enjoy, although he loathes taking orders. He has served Tesin with a delicate accuracy, often looking for ways to subvert her less-direct commands.
Relationships
History
Although Ilvarti despises taking orders, he seems to hold Carrot in reverence, and follows his lead without question. Carrot finds Ilvarti a useful tool, so long as he knows his place.
History
Ilvarti despises mortals, and will take any opportunity to do them harm. This emotion is at war with Tesin's role as the Queen of Night, backed by Carrot's authority. While Ilvarti would never harm his Queen, he does not hide his malice, and dreams of the day when her bond is broken.
History
As with Tesin, Ilvarti holds Mist in disdain, and enjoys hurting him when he gets the chance. Despite this, Mist considers the Heliacus an ally, and treats him with a "digusting" level of warmth and affection.
