Queen of the Mountain

Mentioned by Rastelviri during his defeat at the Battle of Kahlannal, the Queen of the Mountain is a creature of "reborn flames", and is the dragon's ancient ancestor. If Rastelviri is any indication, those with the blood of the Queen of the Mountain crumble into ash upon their death, and are likely reborn at a bonded location sometime in the future.
